Aslı Gilanlıoğlu is a Turkish Cypriot who has graduated from the department of English Literature and Humanities, Eastern Mediterranean University (2006). Prior to working at TED Northern Cyprus College as the Head of Foreign Languages, she has worked at a private school as an English Language and Literature teacher. She has attended numerous trainings on subjects regarding Principles and Practices in Teaching Young Learners and Teenagers, Integrating Virtual Learning Environments into EFL & ESL Contexts, CLIL and Extensive Reading Programs, Content and Preparation of IELTS, Testing and Evaluation, etc. She is currently training to be a teacher trainer and has presented and taken many workshops ranging from Blogging to Lesson Planning.
