Various stints with the British Council since 1998 both locally and abroad gave Paul a solid foundation for best practises in education and language acquisition and in 2006 he ventured into K12 education heading up Hisar School's English department for five years. Since September 2011 Paul has been spear-heading strategies for effective interdisciplinary practises at Hisar School in Kemerburgaz, Istanbul and has been pivotal in introducing common sense curriculum framework management tools across the whole school. Currently he is working on revamping performance management and professional development procedures at Hisar and when he is not thinking about work he likes nothing more than the challenge of walking his lethargic bulldog.
